Terms and Conditions for Registration with TeacherLink.in (A Unit of Tangible Solutions)

By registering with TeacherLink.in, a unit of Tangible Solutions, candidates and institutions hereby give their express consent for their personal and professional data to be used by TeacherLink.in for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. Tangible Solutions reserves the right to share or use this data for its other business ventures or affiliates in accordance with its privacy policies and applicable laws.

  1. Service Availability:

Candidates and institutions acknowledge that TeacherLink.in reserves the right to offer or withdraw any services at its sole discretion. Neither candidates nor institutions can demand or enforce the provision of services that TeacherLink.in has planned to offer. Services provided are subject to change, modification, or discontinuation at any time without prior notice.

  1. Limitation of Liability for Candidates:

TeacherLink.in is an intermediary platform connecting candidates and institutions, and is not responsible for verifying the background, qualifications, criminal records, or any other legal matters related to the candidates. All background checks, legal clearances, and other necessary verifications are the responsibility of the employing institution. TeacherLink.in is not liable for any misrepresentation or omission of information by candidates.

  1. Institutional Legal and Financial Responsibility:

TeacherLink.in is not responsible for verifying the recognition, legal standing, or credibility of institutions registered on the platform. If an institution is unrecognized, or if there are legal disputes, such as non-payment of salaries, poor working conditions, or any other legal or contractual issues, TeacherLink.in holds no liability. It is the responsibility of both the institution and the candidate to resolve such issues independently.

  1. Data Privacy and Other Business Usage:

Both candidates and institutions agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Any falsified data or intentional misrepresentation may result in immediate removal from the platform. While TeacherLink.in follows applicable data privacy laws, it reserves the right to use the data of candidates or institutions for other business ventures or affiliated services of Tangible Solutions. However, Tangible Solutions does not guarantee absolute protection from third-party breaches.

  1. No Guarantees:

Registration on TeacherLink.in does not guarantee employment, job offers, interviews, or specific results for candidates, nor does it guarantee a successful match or employee retention for institutions. TeacherLink.in provides a platform for job-seeking candidates and hiring institutions but is not responsible for the final outcomes of any interactions.

  1. Use of Platform and Technical Limitations:

The platform’s features and functionalities are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Tangible Solutions is not responsible for poor service arising due to technical issues, software or server-related problems, or any external factors that might disrupt access to or the quality of services offered by TeacherLink.in. Users are encouraged to report technical issues, but resolution will be at the discretion of TeacherLink.in.

  1. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy:

All registration charges, service charges, consultancy charges, or subscription fees paid to TeacherLink.in are non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable under any circumstances. By agreeing to these terms, candidates and institutions acknowledge that once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, adjusted for future services, or transferred to another party. In cases of major disputes or issues, the refund amount will never exceed the total amount paid by the registered candidate or institution, regardless of the nature of the complaint.

  1. Discretion in Registration Approval:

The discretion to approve the registration of any candidate or institution rests solely with TeacherLink.in. Registrations may be denied without notice if there is suspicion of a fake profile, competition, or for any other reason, without the need to specify the grounds for rejection. TeacherLink.in is under no obligation to provide an explanation for denied registrations.

  1. Termination of Services or Access:

TeacherLink.in reserves the right to terminate services or block access to any candidate or institution at any time, without notice, if there is suspicion of a fake profile, conflict of interest (e.g., being a competitor), or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the platform. TeacherLink.in is not required to provide an explanation for such actions.

  1. Amendments to Terms:

TeacherLink.in reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on the platform and will become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform after the changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

  1. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising out of the use of TeacherLink.in shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction Bangalore, where Tangible Solutions is registered. In case of any legal disputes, candidates and institutions agree to resolve matters amicably or through binding arbitration.

All content, trademarks, logos, and data displayed on the TeacherLink.in platform are the property of Tangible Solutions. Unauthorized use of any content from the platform without written consent may result in legal action.

  1. Termination of Services:

TeacherLink.in reserves the right to terminate the services or block access to any candidate or institution found in violation of these terms or any applicable law, without prior notice or liability.

These terms ensure clarity on the platform’s operation, especially with regard to the discretion in approving registrations and the limitations of liability.
